Established in 1987 UniLink is an asset finance and leasing advisor to the Public and Corporate Sectors.

UniLink is independent from any bank or lessor and has a long track record of providing professional advisory services tailored to our client’s requirements. UniLink’s philosophy and attitude to service is reflected in its position as the longest established advisor to Local Authorities, Schools, Academies, Colleges and Universities. We also provide advice to NHS Trusts, Ambulance Trusts, Leisure Trusts and Corporates. In addition to advising clients, we will also manage the entire lease tendering and implementation process, managing existing lease portfolios to maximise savings and reduce administration for our clients.

UniLink Finance have been awarded a place on Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Leasing Advisor agreement for the supply of Leasing Advisory Services such as lease procurement, options appraisal and lease portfolio management.


Philip Harrison

Phil is a business graduate with more than 25 years experience of the asset finance industry including over 20 years at UniLink with particular emphasis towards the Local Authority, Education, and Leisure sectors.

Phil can draw on a wide experience from working with a number of major lessors which include ILC Leasing Ltd part of the HBOS group with responsibility for pricing, residual value assessment, documentation and negotiating with the Public Sector clients.

Phil was the European Pricing Analyst for Heller Global Vendor Finance Ltd, where his responsibilities included all aspects of pricing and structuring for major ICT vendors with an annual leasing requirement of over £100 million.


Andrew Moss

Andrew is an accountant and former UK Treasurer for a FTSE 100 company. With over 30 years of asset finance experience which includes managing a £400m lease portfolio, restructuring lease portfolios and arranging new leases for both the corporate and public sector.

Andrew is responsible for new corporate business, refinancing of existing assets and is closely involved with Local Authorities and the group’s vendor finance business.

Shawn Napier

In his previous role as Manager of the Local Authority portfolio for SG Equipment Finance, in six years, Shawn oversaw the writing of approximately £200M new business volume and helped manage a portfolio of leases to more than 200 local authorities.

Shawn joined SGEF from a four year tenure at Heller Global Vendor Finance where he worked through the front office ranks of the lease payout team to supervisor of this team and finally as the European Pricing Analyst.

The previous 12 years were working for Barclays Bank Plc in a variety of roles in their retail banking sector. Shawn draws upon a wealth of experience gained from a career entirely within the Finance Sector. The skills he brings include pricing, negotiating and documenting lease contracts as well as excellent client management and communication skills.
